I personally believe that in order to become the best means reevaluating where you are and opening the door for improvement. It is easy to get stuck in a habit and be comfortable with where you are, but you will never grow if you aren't willing to try something new and push your limits.
Now this may seem like a copy and past narrative, but that is because it is so important and vital for growth in everything we do. Trust me when I say it is EASY to get caught up in your own habits.
